Food for kids

The food that kids eat must be healthy, fresh, and non-junk in order to stay fit. The problem is that kids don’t want to eat this healthy food as they see that its taste isn’t good for them, but as their parents we want to make sure that they are eating healthy food and getting the required nutrition, and develop a strong healthy body by eating the food that is rich in minerals, vitamins and other important nutrients.


Eggs are very important for the baby’s body as it is full of protein and DHA what can help in the proper growth of your little baby’s brain.


Whether it was strawberries or blueberries, the fact remains intact that they are the best food that your kids can have. Berries are full of different vitamins and antioxidants what makes them a perfect meal for your loved kids, you can also serve berries plain or put little sugar over them.

3. Dairy

Kids need protein and calcium in order to grow well, and there is nothing that is full of both other than a cow’s milk. You should give whole milk to your baby until he/she reaches the age of 2 as it is a great source for the development of your baby’s brain.

4. Fruits and Vegetables

By their nature, fruits are sweet and that what makes them popular snack among children. It is recommended for your kids to take at least 1.5 cups of fruit every day. Along with fruits, you can add plain yogurt in order to get calcium and increase the benefits of the meal, dried fruits also have big nutritional values and should be considered in your kid’s food. Vegetables should be your first choice in feeding your kids in order to lead a healthy life. Fruits and vegetables have a major role in improve nutrition, decreasing obesity risk and contributing in having a better performance at school.
