What is Beauty?
First of all, Beauty can be defined in different ways. for some, it simply means that the eyes are pleasant, while for others, it is a feeling of sweetness for the heart. For others, it could be a sound or touch that soothes the soul; true beauty in the real sense encompasses all that and even more, for example a person may be pleasing in appearance but in speech and action, the opposite may be the case, this person surely cannot be described as beautiful, let’s say that you were asked by the police to describe a thug who has just assaulted you under the threat of a revolver, certainly beautiful will not be addressed in your description of the thug, regardless of the beauty of his appearance.
Now, we know what beauty really is the next step is to establish how we get it or where it comes from. The simple truth is that everything has been created beautiful, the beauty is in us and all around us, as nature we in granted such a large amount. In fact, our very nature of being human is beautiful and for some beauty is displayed effortlessly while others need to do a little to let it show.
General Beauty Overview
It does not stand up to everything, everyone is intrinsically beautiful. Take a piece of diamond for example until it is cut and polished, it could just as well be a piece of rock. Gold and silver must be refined to bring out their true beauty. It is in us to be beautiful but to reach a true, total and all-encompassing beauty, there must be a form of enhancement. It reminds me of the story of Cinderella and her ugly half-sisters.
The half-sisters had the best of outer finery, but they refused to enhance it from inside; they were therefore described as ugly. Cinderella, meanwhile, had a beauty in it that allowed the fairy godmother to turn into a real gem. So, if we are all intrinsically beautiful, why do we need to improve it? The truth is simple: it adds value to our being and when that value is added, people tend to appreciate us. moreover, people want to love us more and I do not know anyone in this life who does not want to be loved and appreciated.
Many manufacturers, advertisers and marketers understand this concept. That’s why the manufacturer wants to produce a product of the highest quality. Advertisers and marketers ensure that it is well packaged and presented to the public. How can we then improve our inherent beauty and achieve this true, total and all-encompassing beauty?
1. The first key is in our attitudes.
We must recognize that we are intrinsically beautiful and that this is reflected in our attitude towards life, the people around us, the world we live in and everything that it contains. Nobody can pick up a certain rock and if he does not recognize that, if cut and polished, this rock is a jewel, he can simply throw it into a pond. In the same vein, if we do not realize that this beauty is in us, there is a tendency for our attitude towards life and various problems to be wrong, therefore we devalue ourselves in our relationships, places of work and all other efforts. To be really beautiful, we must have the right attitudes, think positively and especially recognize the beauty that is in us.
2. The next is a healthy lifestyle.
To be really beautiful, we must lead a healthy life. it’s useless to look nice while we commit suicide with our lifestyle. The food we eat, the amount of rest, the hobbies, the exercises and the way we socialize are all important factors. Our lifestyles may be such that we are too busy or we find it too difficult to balance all these factors. For example, in the case of a balanced diet, we sometimes find this difficult to achieve not because we can not afford it, but the time and knowledge needed to assemble it are not there, especially in the modern world in which we live in abundance. This can however be corrected with the use of nutritional supplements. However, one must strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the key word here is moderation.
3. Finally, we examine the exterior ornaments.
Ornaments which concern the clothes, the perfumes, the cosmetics and the accessories which we carry to improve our beauty. In this case, there is no perfect solution, which suits you may not be suitable, what is important is to be comfortable with what you wear. Avoid appearing too dressed or painted like a doll; make sure everything you wear reinforces your self-esteem.
Beauty can be perceived in different ways, but to be described as truly beautiful, you have to combine different aspects of beauty. We are all intrinsically beautiful, but we must showcase this raw beauty so that we add value to our being. It makes us better appreciated and loved. Improving beauty can be achieved by recognizing our inherent beauty and allowing it to be reflected in our attitudes. lead a healthy lifestyle and use appropriate clothing and accessories. I’ve heard people say that beauty is relative, which is beautiful for one person may not be so to another, it may be correct for physical appearances but in terms of beauty, true beauty, I totally disagree. True beauty is absolute, whether you have it or not, and it is achieved by enhancing your inherent beauty.
